Event Introduction | Recording

We’ve had a decade and more of Waterfall and Agile, yet project failures rates remain high, and many projects are more difficult than they should be. Conversations about culture are great, but many of them contain a lot of ambiguity, detached from realities of daily work. Work environments often slip into email overload and meeting gridlock, and organizations consider this acceptable. Organizations might make casual in references to the performing arts and the importance of harmony, boundaries, and storytelling, but organization don’t shamelessly embrace all the lessons available from music, improv, theater, dance, and martial arts. This event aims to confront all these topics, introducing three frameworks to improve the discipline and empathy you bring to your innovation factory. Change Leaders need numerous forgiving and unforgiving tools in their toolkit – ruthlessness and grace.
